Are you ready to cut hemorrhoids during the National Day holiday? Which hemorrhoids are suitable for cutting? Is it easy to relapse after operation?

Xiao Wang, 26, is a white-collar worker in an office building. He often sits for a long time at work. He is used to holding his mobile phone in the toilet and squatting for about an hour each time. Later, she found that her stool was bloody, her anus was painful, and she had hemorrhoids. She had to defecate at least twice a day. It took half an hour to clean every time she went to the toilet, and she felt wet and secreting. When she urinated, her anus would be itchy and uncomfortable. She wanted to use a needle. She said that she went to the hospital at the end of September and made an appointment for hemorrhoid surgery on October 2.

After giving birth to the child, Xiao Li, 32, found that she had hemorrhoids. Three meat balls often fell out of her anus. She felt pain like death every time she was constipated. Before, she didn't go to the hospital to cut hemorrhoids in time because she was in confinement. Now the child is weaned at the age of one. She went to the hospital in advance to make an appointment for 11 to cut hemorrhoids.

Pharmacist Wang recently conducted a small survey and found that many fans did not go out to play during the upcoming National Day holiday, but chose to get together and go to the hospital to cut hemorrhoids. "Ten people nine hemorrhoids" have the incidence rate of hemorrhoids, and modern life pressure, bad habits, bad eating habits, etc., so that hemorrhoids are more frequent.

So, which people's hemorrhoids are suitable for surgical resection? Is it easy to relapse after cutting hemorrhoids?

The predecessor of hemorrhoids is the small venous plexus in the anus, that is, some small blood vessels. These small venous plexus exist peacefully. However, if you sit for a long time and squat in the toilet for a long time, it will lead to rectal varicose congestion, that is, congestion around the anus, produce hemorrhoids and cause hemorrhoids. In addition, eating too spicy and drinking less water are easy to cause constipation. In the process of forced defecation, it is easy to increase the venous pressure in the anus and cause venous swelling. As a result, these small venous plexus began to protrude and become hemorrhoids that make it difficult for patients to sit and stand, painful and unspeakable.

In other words, hemorrhoids are the protruding venous masses formed by the expansion and flexion of the submucosal vein at the end of the rectum and the subdermal vein of the anal canal under the action of pressure and other factors.

Hemorrhoids are divided into internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids. According to the position of hemorrhoids and the tooth line about 1.5cm away from our anus, if hemorrhoids appear above the anal dentate line, they are internal hemorrhoids, and below the anal dentate line, they are external hemorrhoids. If they cross the anal dentate line, they are mixed hemorrhoids.

Many people think that if they get hemorrhoids, they have to remove them quickly, but this is not the case clinically. Not all hemorrhoids need surgical resection. If hemorrhoids do not cause repeated bloody stool and pain, or there will be mass prolapse during defecation, but they can retract by themselves, such hemorrhoids do not need surgical resection, but can be relieved by conservative treatment methods such as improving lifestyle and drug treatment.

Generally speaking, surgical resection can be considered in the following four cases:

1. Hemorrhoids bleed repeatedly and even cause anemia. When defecating, it often occurs with blood in the stool and occurs repeatedly. If it is not treated in time, it will lead to anemia or massive bleeding due to chronic bleeding and threaten life.

2. Hemorrhoid masses often prolapse. When going to the toilet, there is always a lump (meat ball) falling out of the anus and causing discomfort. The patient needs to plug it back with his hand.
