1. First of all, it is the pain caused by infection around the anus. Such diseases include anal sinusitis, proctitis, perianal abscess, anal fistula, etc., which can cause anal pain.
2. Pain of anal fissure
Anal fissure and anal fissure can cause pain in the anus. This pain is tear-like pain and is regular. Pain occurs during defecation. After a few minutes of relief, severe pain occurs again and lasts for a long time.
3. Pain caused by hemorrhoids

Anorectal cancer, cervical cancer, and prostate cancer are under pressure on the anus and surrounding tissues at the late stage, causing anal radiation pain.
6. Mental and neurological factors
In another case, the patient has no obvious cause or cannot examine the cause of pain, but anal pain will continue to occur.
