⑤After the operation, the skin tissue (skin bridge) is not reset in time or the skin bridge moves too much;
⑥ Improper anesthesia or injection of drugs;

⑧The operation time is too long, the intraoperative stretch is too much, and the anal structure is seriously damaged;
⑨ Postoperative constipation or premature bowel movements.
① Oral Chinese medicine. Commonly used to relieve pain such as Shen Decoction and Liangxue Dihuang Decoction, etc. to clear away heat and detoxify, remove dampness, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis. External application and Chinese medicine bath.
②Wet compress with 50% magnesium sulfate solution or hypertonic normal saline, or external application such as hemorrhoid cream and ointment. Or use Chinese medicines such as raw rhubarb, glauber's salt, gallnut, cork and other Chinese medicines that clear heat and detoxify, reduce swelling and pain, and stop bleeding and stasis.
③The edema has a wide range and should be rested in bed; if the thrombus is large and difficult to absorb, the thrombus should be cut and removed as soon as possible to help reduce the edema.
④Others, such as the use of low-power laser, infrared, microwave, etc. irradiation, spectrum therapy, etc., also have a better effect on eliminating edema after hemorrhoid surgery.
⑤ Anti-infection treatment. Use antibiotics such as norfloxacin (norfloxacin), metronidazole and so on.
