what does a hemorrhoids look like,Early signs of cancer! The doctor appealed: Knowing it would save lives!

    These signals ≠ 100% cancer

    But if left to develop

It may develop into real cancer

Once you find the following symptoms

Must be more vigilant and take measures!

    Bowel cancer

Intestinal polyps refer to a type of lesions in which the mucosal surface in the lumen of the large intestine is raised, leading to local hyperplasia. Among them, inflammatory bowel polyps, hamartoma polyps, and lymphoid polyps are not closely related to bowel cancer; hyperplastic bowel polyps and adenomatous bowel polyps are closely related to bowel cancer.

Long-term constipation, diarrhea, blood in the stool or dark, black, be wary of colon cancer, rectal cancer. Changes in stool shape, color and bowel regularity are the most direct early manifestations of colorectal cancer.

However, blood in the stool is a clinically more complicated symptom. Hemorrhoids and upper gastrointestinal bleeding may also be caused, but the characteristics and colors are different. If you only find blood in the stool, you don't have to panic, just follow the doctor's guidance.

Recommendation: Choose to collect stool for early screening for bowel cancer. If necessary, further colonoscopy can be performed.

    Melanoma

Junction moles may be precancerous lesions of melanoma.

Part of the skin junctional nevi and mixed nevi can become malignant melanoma under the stimulation of certain factors. Although junctional nevi and mixed nevi have been proven to have a tendency to become malignant, very few actually develop into malignant tumors.

Suggestion: Don't repeatedly rub and needle to irritate the moles on the body, and don't use drugs to corrode it. These may be the incentives for the junctional or mixed moles to become melanoma.

    Oral Cancer

Unexplained white plaques in the mouth, especially those who smoke regularly, may be suffering from oral leukoplakia. If they are not treated in time, they may become cancerous and even face the serious consequences of surgical bone resection. It is understood that the tongue, gums, and mucous membranes on the cheeks may be breeding grounds for oral leukoplakia.

Oral ulcers usually heal on their own within 10 days. Ulcers that do not heal for a long time may be tuberculous ulcers or cancer. If the ulcer is accompanied by repeated bleeding and unexplained numbness, burning, and dryness, and it does not heal for more than two weeks, be alert.

Suggestion: When you find leukoplakia, don't mistake it for ulcers and treat it in time; don't scratch the leukoplakia with your nails; stop smoking, otherwise it will accelerate the deterioration of the leukoplakia.

The general public has a general lack of awareness of oral leukoplakia. The earlier it is detected and treated, the better it can be controlled.

    Bladder cancer, prostate cancer

Pain in urination, hematuria, and changes in urine volume. Be wary of bladder cancer, prostate cancer, and kidney cancer.

Hematuria is the first signal from bladder cancer. 75%~78% of bladder cancer patients have hematuria, which is mostly painless or intermittent, and sometimes stops by itself. Some hematuria can be detected with the naked eye, but most of them cannot be detected with the naked eye. Routine urine examination is required.

Urinary frequency, urgency, pain and other bladder irritation, as well as urinary retention may be early symptoms of bladder cancer. The early manifestations of prostate cancer patients are mostly bifurcation, prolonged urination, frequent urination, urgency, painful urination, incomplete urination, etc. Hematuria is not the main symptom. Ejaculation pain during sex or bleeding semen should also be vigilant. The early stage of kidney cancer is not typical, and some people will have hematuria, with painless intermittent attacks.

Recommendation: Regular screening of prostate specific antigen (PSA) is the best way to detect prostate cancer early.

    The recommendations of the American Academy of Urology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology are that men over 50 should undergo PSA screening;

Men with a family history of prostate cancer should start at the age of 45 and undergo a PSA examination every year.

China’s prostate cancer guidelines also recommend that for men over 50 years of age with urethral obstruction, in addition to PSA, a digital prostate examination should be done.

    Bone cancer, testicular cancer

Pain, be alert to bone cancer and testicular cancer. Pain is a symptom of a variety of cancers. It is more common in the middle and late stages. Pain may occur in the early stages of bone cancer and testicular cancer.

The early pain of bone cancer has fixed and persistent characteristics, especially at night, and it is getting worse day by day. When you feel pain and swelling in the back, limbs, joints, etc., and cannot find the inducement of trauma, inflammation, wind and cold, you must be vigilant.

The pain of testicular cancer is often local dull pain, swelling pain, and the pain is not very strong. The testicle can be found asymmetry when touching the testis by hand. The volume of the affected side increases and there is a feeling of falling.
