Jingfang is "the ancestor of medical prescriptions" and praises Zhang Zhongjing as "medical saint". Traditional Chinese medicine experts in ancient and modern times, both at home and abroad, often use Jingfang as the mother prescription, and cut out a series of prescriptions based on the principle of syndrome differentiation. The characteristics of Jingfang can be summarized as "universal, simple, clean and effective".
Peptic ulcer refers to ulcer disease that occurs in the upper digestive tract and is related to the digestive action of gastric acid/pepsin. It can also occur in the vicinity of the gastro-jejunal anastomosis and in the Meckel room containing gastric mucosa. Traditional Chinese medicine's discussion on this disease is scattered in "stomachache", "suffocation syndrome" and "heartache".
2 Jingfang application
2.1 Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction
Astragalus Jianzhong Decoction was first seen in the article "Golden Chamber·Xuebi Deficiency and Exertion Syndrome Treatment": "Deficiency and deficiency are urgent and various deficiencies, Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction is the master". Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction is known for its treatment of digestive system diseases. He et al. used Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction as the main treatment for 45 cases of peptic ulcer. Lu et al. used Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of 67 cases of duodenal ulcer. Compared with the treatment with omeprazole alone, the healing rates of the two groups were 94.2% and 75.1% after taking the medicine for 2 weeks. , The difference is significant. Zhou used Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Zuojin Pill to treat 45 cases of peptic ulcer. After taking the medicine for 1 month, 39 cases were cured, 5 cases were effective, and the total effective rate was 97.7%.
2.2 Peony and Licorice Soup
Shaoyao Gancao Decoction series "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" is designed for foot spasms caused by accidental sweating and yin blood, but the clinical application is not limited to this, and can be extended to clinical diseases. Shaoyao Gancao Decoction is composed of white peony root and licorice. Modern pharmacological research believes that licorice has the effect of sedation and inhibition of peripheral nerves. It can directly act on smooth muscle and skeletal muscle to relax and eliminate contractions. White peony has a calming effect on the pain center and spinal cord reflex arch. It is widely used in compatibility with other prescriptions. Pain in various clinical departments. However, it should be noted in the application that this prescription should be used in large doses when it exerts its emergency and analgesic effects. The white peony can be used up to 30-60g, and the licorice can be used up to 15-30g.
Shaoyao Gancao Decoction has the functions of invigorating deficiency and restraining yin, relieving emergency and relieving pain, inhibiting gastric acid secretion, reducing smooth muscle tension, inhibiting gastrointestinal motility and calming central pain. Therefore, the basic prescription can be used to treat peptic ulcers. Good results. 2.3 Banxia Xiexin Soup
Banxia Xiexin Decoction is derived from "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" written by the medical sage Zhang Zhongjing. It is a representative prescription for the treatment of "heart spleen". It is used to treat spleen and stomach insufficiency, cold and heat complex, unfavorable qi machine in the middle coke, and abnormal rise and fall of cold and heat. See also in "The Synopsis of the Golden Chamber", "The person who vomits and the bowels are irritated, the master of Banxia Xiexintang". The latter clause is a specific supplement to the former. The two have the same pathogenesis, that is, the spleen and the stomach are weak with Yang Qi, cold and heat are mutually condensed, the middle focal point is blocked, and the ups and downs are disordered. Banxia Xiexin Decoction is composed of seven traditional Chinese medicines of Pinellia, dried ginger, coptis, scutellaria, ginseng, jujube, and licorice. The prescription is rigorous and well-documented, refined and decent, and contains the basic dialectical thinking law of Zhongjing's treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.
"Chinese Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine" reported the use of Banxia Xiexin Decoction to treat 81 cases of peptic ulcer, medicinal Pinellia, scutellaria, woody, angelica, Citrus aurantium, betel nut, paojiang, licorice each 10g, Coptis 6g, Sichuan 15g each of Neem Seed, Yuanhu, Squid Bone, and Codonopsis, 20g each of White Peony Root and Calcined Corrugated Seed

2.4 Chaihu plus keel oyster soup
The Chaihu plus Longgumuli Decoction is designed by Zhongjing for eight days of typhoid fever, and misuse to capture the mutagenic syndrome. The prescriptions are: Bupleurum four-two, scutellaria, ginger, plumbum, ginseng, cassia twig, and poria cocos each one and two and a half. Pathogenesis. Studies have proved that Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction has strong antispasmodic and calming effects. Using this prescription to treat peptic ulcer, the effect is satisfactory.
It has been reported that 39 cases of peptic ulcer were treated with Chaihu plus Longgumuli Decoction. Basic prescriptions: Bupleurum 12g, Scutellaria baicalensis 10g, French Pinellia 10g, Poria 15g, Codonopsis 12g, Guizhi 10g, Rhubarb 5g, Keel 30g, Oyster 30g, Ginger 10g, Jujube 15g.

Treatment results: Among 39 cases in this group, 24 cases were clinically cured (61.5%), 8 cases were markedly effective (20.51%), 5 cases were effective (12.82%), and 2 cases were ineffective (5.13%).
2.5 Richu Maru
Lizhongwan comes from "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and consists of three or two (9g each) of ginseng, dried ginger, roasted licorice, and atractylodes.

There are many clinical reports on the treatment of epigastric pain caused by deficiency and cold with Lizhong Decoction, including ulcer disease, superficial gastritis and many other diseases. Lang's Yilizhong Decoction plus Astragalus, Chenpi, Poria, Caokou, etc. treat 30 cases of gastric pain due to deficiency and cold, 5 cases of gastric pain disappeared within one month, 20 cases of gastric pain disappeared within three months, and the other 5 cases of gastric pain were also different Degree of reduction. Clinical addition and subtraction: Aconite and cinnamon can be added for cold and prosperous patients, astragalus can be added for those with Qi deficiency, and Danshen can be added for those with blood stasis.
2.6 Xiaojianzhong Soup
Xiaojianzhong Decoction is Zhongjing's famous recipe. The whole recipe is composed of cassia twig, white peony root, roasted licorice, ginger, jujube, and caramel. There are many expositions in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases". Article 102 of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases · Differentiation and Treatment of Sun Disease and Pulse Syndrome" says: "Typhoid fever, astringent yang pulse, stringy yin pulse, and acute abdominal pain. "." Article 105 said: "On the second or third day of typhoid fever, those who feel palpitations and annoyances are the master of Xiaojianzhong Decoction." Looking at all the articles, "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" discusses the use of Xiaojianzhong Decoction to treat acute abdominal pain, palpitations and annoyance. Although it is designed for exogenous feelings, its pathogenesis is due to deficiency and coldness in the middle Jiao, insufficient health care, and feelings of the evil of Shaoyang.
Shutong et al. treat patients with duodenal ulcer, syndrome differentiation of spleen-stomach deficiency and coldness, and strong liver wood, add wood incense, Amomum villosum to this prescription, stomach pain has stopped after taking 6 doses, appetite increased and healed. Zhao Meilan et al. treat gastroduodenal ulcers. Patients with syndrome differentiation of deficiency and coldness of the middle Jiao should be treated with the original prescription of this prescription; patients with syndrome differentiation of Yin deficiency and fire prosperous, although it should be a contraindication of this prescription, the author uses Guizhi and ginger Reduce the amount, remove the caramel, reduce the coptis to make its pungent temperature, and add cuttlefish bone to accelerate the wound healing. The pain can be relieved after 5 doses.
2.7 Huanglian Soup
Huanglian Decoction comes from "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and is Zhongjing's famous prescription for treating cold and heat. Said: "Typhoid fever, heat in the chest, evil in the stomach, pain in the abdomen, and vomiting, Huanglian Decoction is the main one." The prescription is composed of Coptis, Licorice, Guizhi, Ginseng, Pinellia and Jujube. According to its effect of clearing upper temperature and lowering temperature, harmonizing stomach and reducing adverse effects, it can treat various gastrointestinal diseases with satisfactory curative effect.
The First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province randomly divided 100 selected patients into 2 groups with 50 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Huanglian Decoction (Coptis, dried ginger, Pinellia ternata, Guizhi, Codonopsis, Zhigancao, Jujube) plus or minus, and the control group was treated with pectin bismuth capsules plus domperidone, and a course of treatment was 30 days. 2.8 Rhubarb Huanglian Xiexin Soup

Using Rhubarb Huanglian Xiexin Decoction to treat gastric ulcer, bile reflux gastritis, and atrophic gastritis can receive good results.
It has also been reported that 68 cases of HP-related gastric diseases were treated with this formula, 26 cases were cured, 37 cases improved, and 5 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 91.38%. Combined with modern medicine, rhubarb and coptis can eliminate and kill Helicobacter pylori, reduce gastric acid secretion, reduce gastric free acid and pepsin activity, strengthen gastric mucosal barrier, and help eliminate inflammation and heal.
Reflux esophagitis refers to the inflammation, erosion, ulcer and fibrosis of the esophageal mucosa caused by the reflux of the contents of the stomach and (or) duodenum into the esophagus. It belongs to gastroesophageal reflux disease. Traditional Chinese medicine's understanding of this disease is mainly found in "tun acid" and "noisy".
2 Jingfang application
2.1 Bamboo Leaf Gypsum Soup
Bamboo leaf gypsum soup can be found in Article 397 of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases": "After the typhoid fever is relieved, the deficiency of qi (léi) will be less qi, the qi will be vomiting, and the bamboo leaf gypsum soup will be the main ingredient." The original recipe consists of bamboo leaves, gypsum, pinellia and wheat. It is composed of asparagus, ginseng, roasted licorice and japonica rice. In the prescription, bamboo leaves and gypsum are used to clear away heat and eliminate troubles to eliminate heat evil; ginseng, Ophiopogon japonicus to nourish qi and promote body fluid to replenish deficiency; licorice, japonica rice and middle nourish the stomach, Pinellia can relieve vomiting.
In the clinical application of Zhuye Shishitang decoction to treat reflux esophagitis, it can effectively relieve the symptoms of acid reflux, heartburn, chest pain, etc., and the treatment cost is economical, which is worthy of clinical application.
Basic prescription: 20g of raw gypsum, 15g of bamboo leaves, 12g of Pinellia ternata, 30g of ginseng, 15g of Ophiopogon japonicus, 20g of calcined corrugated corrugated, 30g of gramin, 15g of white and coptis 5g.

2.2 Tangerine Peel Bamboo Ru Soup

2.4 Xuanfu Daizhe Soup
Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction comes from "Treatise on Febrile Diseases". It is composed of three liang of Xuanfuhua, two liang of ginseng, five liang of ginger, one or two ocher of generation, half a rise of pinellia, and twelve jujubes. , After the solution, the heart is hard, and the anger is not removed."

2 Jingfang application
It has been reported that 70 cases of chronic gastritis were clinically summarized by using Jingfang to treat chronic gastritis and achieved good results.

Functional Dyspepsia (FD)
Functional dyspepsia is the main complaint of fullness or discomfort of the abdomen, early satiety, anorexia, etc., and a group of clinical syndromes that exclude the organic diseases related to the symptoms. It is one of the common digestive diseases. The pathogenesis of FD involves many factors such as gastrointestinal motility disorder, excessive visceral perception, gastrointestinal hormones, neurons, neurotransmitters, mental and psychological factors, gastric acid secretion, gastric Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection and so on. It belongs to the category of "stomachache", "stomach syndrome", "nerdiness", "noisy" and other syndromes in Chinese medicine.
2 Jingfang application
2.1 Zhizhu Decoction
Citrus aurantium decoction originated from "The Synopsis of the Golden Chamber", which said, "The heart is firm, as big as a plate, and the edge is like a spinning plate. It is made by drinking water, and the master of Citrus decoction." Compatible with two medicines of Citrus aurantium and Atractylodes macrocephala, it is a good medicine for promoting Qi and eliminating pimple.
"Shaanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine" reported that 104 cases of functional dyspepsia were treated with Zhizhu Decoction and the effect was good.
