【Abstract】Objective To explore the prognosis of obtaining suitable surgical wounds for high abscess around anorectum through the application of the new method of removing decay and growth. Methods A control group of Rivanol was established, and the modified 0.5% low-concentration Baijiangtan solution was used after the abscess. The effect of the low-concentration Baijiangtan preparation was observed through the detection of wound pH and the comparison of granulation growth and wound healing time. . Results There was a significant difference in the fresh time of wound granulation between the two groups (P<0.05); the average healing time of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group (P<0.01); the pH value of the wound in the two groups changed during 1 to 2 weeks after surgery Very significant difference (P<0.01); there was no significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups, but there was a significant difference in the one-year follow-up recurrence rate (P<0.01). Conclusion Low-concentration Baijiangdan liquid has a significant effect on the repair of high abscess wounds and reduces recurrence, suggesting that the acquisition of suitable surgical wounds after abscess surgery has positive clinical significance for the prognosis.
