It is a intensive teaching unit for postgraduates undergraduates. It is a model unit of Chinese medicine work in general hospitals across the country and a model Chinese medicine department in general hospitals in Beijing.
Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of treating anorectal diseases with outstanding characteristics and obvious advantages. The patient suffers less pain and recovers quickly. Guided by the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, we adopt minimally invasive treatment methods such as drug injection, ligation, and thread hanging, as well as comprehensive methods such as oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine, fumigation, bathing, and topical application of traditional Chinese medicine ointment to "minimize trauma, slight pain" It is characterized by the concept of "short course of disease and high curative effect" to relieve pain and improve the quality of life for the majority of patients with anorectal diseases.
Diagnosis and treatment characteristics:
1. No pain. Painless hemorrhoids treatment method-the traditional Chinese medicine preparation used has the effects of hemostasis, astringency, firmness and astringency. After injection into the hemorrhoids, it can harden and shrink. This method is painless and has high curative effect.
2. New surgical style. The latest treatment method for hemorrhoids-"PPH" surgery. PPH surgery is the latest technology invented in the late 1990s. It has been used in China since 2001. This method does not damage the anal liner and has good postoperative anal function. It is suitable for stage III-IV hemorrhoids . Strictly grasp the indications for PPH surgical treatment.
3. No damage. Methods that do not damage the anal function-"thread hanging" and "thread dragging" therapy. Anal fistula is commonly known as "leakage sore" and it must be cured by surgery. However, different degrees of anal incontinence are often left after operation, and the "thread-drawing" and "thread-dragging" therapy is one of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine. It has the advantages of smooth drainage, healing while cutting, without damaging the sphincter, and causing no anal incontinence.
4. High curative effect. A good way to treat intractable constipation-constipation can generally be treated with drugs, but drugs for intractable constipation are not effective, and the abuse of laxatives can cause serious adverse consequences. Stubborn constipation is mostly caused by rectal protrusion, intramucosal prolapse, rectal mucosal intussusception, puborectal muscle hypertrophy, spasm, perineum decline, and slow colonic transit. If these organic changes are not resolved, constipation is difficult to improve. Our department uses surgery to treat intractable constipation with satisfactory results.
