Abstract: Objective To observe the curative effect of Xiaozhi Liquid in the treatment of perianal inflammatory diseases; Methods Self-made fumigation lotion Xiaozhi Liquid was used to treat 267 patients with perianal inflammatory diseases for 7 days; the results were significant in 231 cases, effective in 33 cases, and ineffective 3 For example, the total effective rate is 98.9%. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation lotion Xiaozhiye has a significant effect on patients with perianal inflammatory diseases.
Keywords: perianal inflammatory disease; Xiaozhiye; clinical observation
Perianal disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease. Many patients come to see a doctor only when bleeding, swelling and pain are unbearable. Nevertheless, not all hemorrhoid patients need surgical treatment, especially some elderly, frail, heart disease, high blood pressure, acute infectious disease or pregnancy patients are not suitable for surgical treatment for a period of time. Therefore, we used a self-made traditional Chinese medicine compound fumigation lotion, named Xiaozhiye, to treat 267 cases of perianal diseases with satisfactory results. First, we summarize the following:
1 clinical data
267 patients were selected, all of whom were outpatients from January 2001 to December 2006; in this group of cases, 153 were males and 114 were females; the oldest was 86 years old and the youngest was 2 years old; the longest course of disease was 36 years and the shortest 3 Tian; 52 cases of anal fissure, 61 cases of inflammatory mixed hemorrhoids, 91 cases of thrombotic external hemorrhoids and inflammatory external hemorrhoids, 27 cases of initial anal fistula infection, 14 cases of internal hemorrhoids incarcerated, 22 cases of anal sinusitis. There was no significant change in body temperature during the inflammatory phase of this group of cases. The diagnostic criteria of Western medicine were based on the diagnostic classification criteria of the First National Anorectal Academic Conference in 1975 and the 2002 guidelines for clinical research of new Chinese medicines by the Ministry of Health.
2 treatment methods
Homemade fumigation lotion Xiaohemorrhoid liquid, main medicine composition: 15g rhubarb, 15g Glauber's salt, 10g each of gallnut, red peony root, dragon blood, catechu, and Chinese prickly ash, 6g borneol, fine powder, sifted through 120 mesh sieve, A 40g bag of woven fabric, put a bag of medicine in the bidet when it is used, rinse with 200ml of boiling water, cover and soak the medicine for about 20 minutes, wait for the water temperature to drop to 38 to 41 degrees, take a bath for 20 to 30 minutes in the anus, morning and evening Use at 6-7 o'clock, the effect is best.
3 Efficacy standards (self-designed)
After one week of medication, the inflammatory symptoms of local redness, swelling, heat and pain in the anus disappeared as significant effect. After one week of medication, the inflammatory symptoms of anal red, swelling, heat, and pain were relieved as effective, and symptoms and signs did not improve after one week of medication as invalid.
4 treatment results
In this group of cases, 49 cases of anal fissure were effective, 3 cases were effective, 0 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate reached 100%; 54 cases of inflammatory mixed hemorrhoids were markedly effective, 7 cases were effective, and 0 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate reached 100%; Inflammatory external hemorrhoids, 78 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 97.8%; 22 cases were markedly effective in the initial stage of anal fistula infection, 5 cases were effective, and 0 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 100%. Internal hemorrhoids incarcerated 11 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, 0 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 100%; 17 cases of anal sinusitis were markedly effective, 4 cases were effective, and 1 case was ineffective, with an effective rate of 95.5%. The average treatment course for the above cases was 7 days.
5 typical cases
Xiao Mou, male, 47 years old, went to see a doctor on May 7, 2004, and complained of discomfort from anal bulging for 4 years and worsening for a week. In the past week, due to fatigue, I felt a swelling in the anus prolapsed, and dripped fresh blood in the stool, the amount was about 5 ml, and the anus was swollen and painful. Specialist examination showed that there were 2cm3 hemorrhoids at the anal margin at 3, 7, and 11 o'clock in the lithotomy position, with local redness and swelling, mucosal congestion and edema, scattered erosions, and anal sphincter tension on digital examination. Routine blood tests and systemic examination showed no abnormalities. Clinical diagnosis: Chinese medicine: hemorrhoids, Western medicine: inflammatory mixed hemorrhoids, the treatment is suitable for clearing heat and detoxification, reducing swelling and pain. With 7 doses of Xiaozhiye, 15g of rhubarb, 15g of Glauber's salt, 10g of gallnut, red peony root, dragon's blood, catechu, Chinese pepper each 10g, 6g of borneol, after 7 days of use in the morning and evening as before, the local anal swelling and pain disappeared, the skin color is normal, and the stool He recovered without seeing a drop of blood.
The ancients said: "Nine hemorrhoids in ten people" means that perianal diseases are more common and frequently occurring diseases. With the acceleration of the pace of life of modern people and the decline of body resistance after fatigue, the incidence of perianal diseases increases. However, many patients are reluctant to operate because of fear or shyness, so they seek conservative treatment in traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that hemorrhoids are mostly caused by dysfunction of viscera, wind, dryness, dampness, heat, qi and blood stagnation, stagnation of blood stasis, knots but not scattered, and meridians cross knots to produce hemorrhoids. The rhubarb, gallnut, red peony root, etc. used in the Xiaozhiye have the effects of clearing away heat and toxins, permeating the menstruation, reducing swelling and pain, and promoting blood circulation. Modern pharmacological studies have confirmed that rhubarb and gallnut contain tannins and gallic acid, which have the effect of astringent, muscle growth and hemostasis, and have inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli; the sulfate ion in Glauber's salt is in the compatibility Using its osmotic pressure, it can promote the water secretion of the anorectal wall cells to be isotonic, thereby reducing the edema of the perianal and anal canal; Zanthoxylum bungeanum has obvious anesthetic and analgesic effects.Red peony root, dragon's blood, and catechu have the effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, reducing swelling and relieving pain; Borneol is fragrant, clearing heat and relieving pain in nature, and has obvious therapeutic effects through the compatibility of eight drugs. During the sitz bath, the medicine directly acts on the diseased area, and the active ingredients in the liquid medicine can pass through the skin or mucous membranes to exert its medicinal effect. The warm medicine liquid can dredge the qi and blood meridians and enhance the disease resistance of the tissues. Improve and restore local functions. In severe cases, the original dose of Xiaozhi Liquid can be used for a one-time sitz bath for seven consecutive days for better curative effect. Because of its remarkable curative effect, the drug has been recognized by many patients and has been widely used in clinical practice. It has also been extended to the clinical application of complications such as postoperative pain, bleeding, and wound edema of common perianal diseases. It is worth further strengthening pharmacological research and clinical application Observed.
