Inflammatory external hemorrhoids, falling swelling, burning pain, localized lumps around the anus, hard texture, obvious tenderness. Often due to fatigue, anal fissure or surgical stimulation.
Perianal infection-paraanal abscess and anal fistula anal pain
Anal crypt infection, inflammation spreading to the surrounding, initial itching pain, swelling pain, falling pain when purulent, and chicken pecking pain.
Perianal subcutaneous abscess and sciatic rectal fossa abscess are low abscesses with lumps on the body surface, red, swelling and heat pain; high abscesses such as pelvic rectal fossa abscess, retrorectal space abscess, etc., are manifested as rectal swelling, incomplete defecation, and obvious systemic symptoms. In the late stage of abscess, most of the anal fistulas will be formed, the external opening of the anal fistula will become inflamed, swelling and painful, or perianal abscess will occur after re-infection.
Anal sinusitis causes anal pain
The inflamed anal sinus causes slight pain, burning, and swelling in the anus. If the sphincter muscle is stimulated and contracted, the pain is aggravated and radiates to the buttocks, the roots of the thighs, and the tailbone. Functional anorectal pain

Spastic anorectal pain, sudden severe pain in the anal area, lasts for a few seconds or minutes, and then disappears completely. It usually occurs in the middle of the night, and the attack time is irregular, but it can happen once in a few days or years.
Anal foreign body injury pain
Persistent pain, residual foreign body from trauma, or improper diet, caused by inserting fish bones, bone fragments, fruit pits, etc. in the anorectal canal, remove the foreign body, and relieve the pain. If the residence time is too long, it will cause local infection.
