I have hemorrhoids. I grow around 3-100px in the anal canal and rectum inside and outside the anus. I have three types: internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids, and mixed hemorrhoids.
My type is divided by the dentate line (the dentate line is a staggered jagged line formed by the junction of the rectal mucosa and the anal skin).
Internal hemorrhoids occur on the tooth line, the surface is covered with mucosa, the hemorrhoid internal venous plexus under the mucosa of the rectum is enlarged, varicose and congested, and at the same time, the relaxation and fracture of the surrounding fixed support structure can be seen
The external hemorrhoids are under the tooth line and cover the skin, which is the expansion of the perianal subcutaneous vascular plexus, which appears as a soft mass raised on the anal margin;
Mixed hemorrhoids are the fusion of internal hemorrhoids and corresponding external hemorrhoids.
If the owner doesn’t care, if he or she often lives irregularly, eats spicy food, or sits for a long time while going to the toilet, plays with the phone and reads the newspaper, or walks and stands for a long time and is too tired, or if he or she is too tired due to childbirth, old age and infirmity The reason is that the blood from the lower part of the anorectum where I lived was refluxed in the veins, which eventually contributed to my formation and development.
I have a seizure because of the different nature of the form and different manifestations.
Stage I hemorrhoids: hemorrhoids during defecation, the blood is bright red, the blood volume may be more or less, sometimes only the stool is bloody, sometimes there may be dripping or jet-like bleeding, bleeding after the stool can stop by itself without prolapse of hemorrhoids. Protruding under the rectal mucosa, it is soft, red in color, and contains capillary masses and connective tissues of varicose veins.
Hemorrhoids in stage II: bloody, dripping or jet-like bleeding can be seen in the stool, but the bleeding is relatively less than that in stage I. During this period, because defecation is often pushed by feces, the hemorrhoids are separated from the muscle layer and move downwards. During defecation, the hemorrhoids protrude out of the anus, and after defecation, they can naturally return to the anus due to the contraction of the sphincter. If you have an infection, you will have pain in the anus and tenesmus. The pathological manifestations are enlarged varicose veins, thickened mucosa, and purple-red.
Stage III hemorrhoids: The symptoms can be seen with blood and dripping in the stool. During this period, hemorrhoids are mainly characterized by prolapse. After prolapse, they cannot recover on their own. They must be returned by hand or in the anus after resting. Straining, coughing, walking, squatting, and weight-bearing can make the hemorrhoids protrude out of the anus, with less bleeding, easy inflammation and pain. The pathological manifestations are hyperplasia of connective tissue, hardened, thickened mucosa, and reddish purple.
Hemorrhoids in stage IV: If the internal hemorrhoids are prolapsed for a long time and cannot be repaid in time, the blood flow may be blocked, the reflux is not smooth, the hemorrhoids are swollen and painful, and cannot be repaid. Symptoms include prolapse of hemorrhoids, accompanied by strangulation, incarceration, and pain. The pathological manifestations are varicose veins in hemorrhoids, expansion and thickening, massive thrombosis, and ulceration on the surface of hemorrhoids.
External hemorrhoids are divided into four categories: connective external hemorrhoids, thrombotic external hemorrhoids, varicose external hemorrhoids, and inflammatory external hemorrhoids.
External connective hemorrhoids are soft raised tissues below the tooth line, covered with skin, no pain, no redness and swelling. It is an anal epidermis formed by enlarged skin folds on the anal margin and hyperplasia of connective tissue. It is more common after inflammatory external hemorrhoids. Or the anus is damaged due to hard stools, the folds cannot be restored after the infection, edema and inflammation disappear, and so on repeatedly, or due to increased anal secretions. The characteristic of this type of hemorrhoids is that they usually have no symptoms, except that they are not easy to clean after defecation, which makes the anus feel moist, itching and other irritation.
Varicose external hemorrhoids are characterized by an oval or elongated anal rim, soft to the touch, no pain, and dark purple lumps on the anal rim can be seen when stool is forced, and the volume of the lumps can be reduced after defecation or rest.
Thrombotic external hemorrhoids are characterized by sudden red bumps below the tooth line. Pain is obvious, and induration is palpable under the skin. Most of them are due to vigorous activities such as forced defecation, dry stools, coughing, etc., causing the anal veins to rupture, blood leaks into the connective tissues, and becomes a hematoma, which forms a raised small hematoma under the skin of the anus, and suddenly onset, with severe pain. It is uncomfortable to distend, and you may feel hard and slippery blood clots under the skin of the anal margin, which can be one or several. The uninfected person can heal itself within 4 to 5 weeks, and the infection can form an abscess around the anus.
Inflammatory external hemorrhoids are red, swollen masses that occur below the tooth line, with rapid onset, edema and flushing of the masses, and obvious tenderness. It is caused by inflammatory edema, pain, swelling, redness, and fever in anal folds. Most of them are caused by anal friction damage and bacterial infection.
Mixed hemorrhoids refer to the varicose veins of the internal and external hemorrhoids in the same orientation, communicating and anastomosing each other, so that the internal and external hemorrhoids form a whole. It mostly occurs at 3, 7, and 11 o'clock at the stone cutting position, and the most common is at 11 o'clock. There are dual symptoms of internal and external hemorrhoids. Mixed hemorrhoids manifested as a 360-degree full anal canal distribution of external hemorrhoids at the anal margin, or a complete downturn with the anal canal and a relative downward shift of the tooth line, or a ring-shaped swelling or prolapse of hemorrhoids during defecation, which is called circular mixed hemorrhoids.
When my attack is severe, it will cause mixed hemorrhoids incarceration, severe swelling and pain, and a lot of mucus.
At this time, the master will truly remember my existence, so that he can start to trace the root to find a solution to calm my seizures.
At the initial attack, symptoms can generally be relieved by improving diet and bowel habits, and further medications can be considered to solve them, such as oral Chinese patent medicines for clearing heat and cooling blood, vein enhancers for improving microcirculation, topical ointments and suppositories incorporated into the anus. If the medication cannot be controlled or recurrent attacks, surgery should be considered. No matter what kind of treatment is used, I cannot get rid of it, so I still need my master to live a healthy life, eat modestly, and maintain good bowel habits.
